World most expensive movie and biggest hit ever cross $1.3 billion
James Cameron’s 3D Sci-Fi epic Movie Avatar ruling the Worldwide Box office for fourth consecutive week. Coming closer and look like will break the all time world record holder James Cameron Movie Titanic which was released in 1997-98 with worldwide sales of $1.84 billion.
Avatar was reportedly the most expensive film ever made, with a budget of at least $300 million. It crosses the $1.12 billion business of “The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King” to become second highest worldwide release ever in the history of cinema, trailing only to Titanic which was No 1 position on box office for a record 15 consecutive weeks. Avatar manages to hold the No. 1 positions on worldwide box office for fourth consecutive week and look like it will break the record of titanic by the response it got in last four weeks.
