A couple of days back, steam – the online gaming central – launched an app for android and iOS. The app is still in it’s early closed beta, so expect it to be buggy and with no great features as of now! The invitation, as of now, is also sent to a lucky few who tried to login to steam through the mobile app. Others still wait. But since it’s beta, there’s nothing much great that you guys may be missing.
Many of you reading this article right now must have been attracted by the title. Grand Theft Auto series has been a mega hit and the arrival of 3D Vice City after the GTA 2D was something out of this world. I am in my third year in college. There’s a weird course called as “software engineering” here and i suppose most colleges would be having it (well, it’s my view since i think it’s generic idea that every developer should know and something taught in few seminars and not stretched over the semester). I didn’t really felt the need for such a “course” since it’s an interesting and a must-know concept to have and must be applied practically and less theoretically.
Although it’s still unofficial, but if rumors are believed, Motorola is soon going to deliver one of it’s so called masterpiece, the Droid Razr. Earlier codenamed Spyder or Droid HD, the Droid Razr comes with a sleek and elegant 4.3 inch qHD super AMOLED display. What’s qHD? I always wanted to do this. Run android apps on my PC, and feel the same enthusiasm that i get while playing angry birds on my phone. I found quite a few ways to do it though. One of them is to install the sdk for android with the required platform and other stuff like the eclipse and act like an app developer, which i am not quite frankly. It’s quite simple considering that the installers do what they got to do in your windows environment and things work out pretty well.
